All Vegan Catering for Transautonomija.lt

November 10, 2024 – Kamal Karibou, the brains of Socialoftas, and Transautonomija.lt, collaborated for a full-day event of intelligent and informative discussion about race and discrimination, how it relates to history and how it is still relevant in the modern times, especially in the current situation in Lithuania.

Merienda was invited to cater an all-vegan lunch and snacks for all the participants of the event, which includes a vegan version of puto or steamed cakes, oatmeal bars and vegan banana bread with jackfruit from the Philippines. A light lunch was also included – mango salad, buckwheat dish and fresh spring rolls. Some items from Merienda menu were served as well such as Filipino hot chocolate or Tableya and Filipino artisan chocolates. Snacks and lunch were accompanied by Filipino coffee – kapeng barako.
